Customer Service Personnel


  1. Handle overseas customers' enquiries; follow-up calls; telephone survey; processing relevant reports, etc.
  2. Ensure customers' requests, inquiries and complaints are attended and responded in timely manner, as indeed to provide excellent customer service.
  3. Organize & promote company's activities/products to customers.
  4. Manage day-to-day telemarketing in search for new sales prospects.


  1. Minimum SPM, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  2. Working experience in call centre/telemarketing would be an added advantage.
  3. Computer literate and Internet savvy.
  4. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and service oriented.
  5. Pleasant tone of voice and good disposition with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
  6. Good command of English/Chinese/Malay, both Written and Spoken (preferably Mandarin & English). Proficient in Malay would be an added advantage.
  7. 5-days week and able to perform shift duties on a 24 x 7 environment.
